COMPELLING CONTENT

Designing with purpose is a strong ethos of mine so working with a team, we first collated and crafted strong content for the digital platforms. This allowed us to design an interface to best deliver that content in a compelling and informative way.  

BRANDING VISUALS

We carried the messaging across various social channels to show the campaigns' potential reach. We also developed a series of storyboards for videos of student involvement and advocacy.

DESIGN DIRECTION

The goal to raise awareness of not only a killer disease, but most importantly to take action to get vaccinated in order to protect others against meningitis B. The bold statement, "it starts with YOU" is direct and sparks a sense of immediacy, which then acts as a prompt reminder that the onus is on you to get vaccinated and ultimately, to spread the word.

TARGET AUDIENCE

The focus of our target audience was between the ages of 16 and 24 so the aim of our designs were to appeal to the student demographic.  The use of bold colours and graffiti hand-written style was adopted to inspire and captivate this age group.

CREATIVE DESIGN​ & Art direction

We were tasked to create a digital branded campaign to raise awareness of the dangers of Meningitis B amongst new college and university students across the US. Working with the creative and strategy team we developed a short memorable hashtag phrase, #Bthedifference, to resonate with our target audience. We went on to craft an online presence starting with a website and then social channels to empower students with the knowledge and responsibility to get vaccinated.
